what version did you download? Make sure you downloaded the Mac version. Try to run as administrator if not.
Also if you’re trying to open it with the itch.io app it won’t work as it’s an rpgmaker game, you’d have to manually open the folder and execute the game file.

how do I start the game on iOS?
sadly iOS is not supported. Only windows, Mac and android.
very fun little game. Kinda wish more games reached out to the kinker side of things like the fart/watersports scenes. Very nice work.
